Turisme i Muntanya, a division of the Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya (FGC), teamed up with the management and promotion of tourist destinations in high mountains that are deployed for Catalonia: La Molina, Vall de Núria, Vallter 2000, Espot i Port Ainé, and finally the magical mountain of Montserrat.
GOline, with our experience in the elaboration and development of different Social Media strategies, we work on the management of social networks (Facebook , Twitter, Instagram) , of the different tourist destinations of Turisme i Muntanya de FGC . These are: La Molina , Vallter 2000 , Port Ainé and Espot , Vall de Núria , and Montserrat .
Dissemination of news, contests, promotions, discounts, activities, events, etc. Through a set of Social Media strategies, from GOline we work on the creation of content and generation of publications, adapted to the different platforms of the brand, to give strength to the brand and thus connect it with its loyal customer.
For optimal management of social networks, from GOline we monitor the communication channels daily to see what happens with the publications; management of doubts, reputation crisis management, or other situations that may arise.
In turn, monthly we analyze the results of social networks (monitoring of interactions, audience, virality, reach, etc.), to verify compliance with marketing objectives.
In addition to managing the social networks of Turisme i Muntanya de FGC, from GOline we manage the news and events section, of the website, of the different tourist destinations of FGC.
